Alvaro Gonzalez Garcia and Gajo Burić are on the top of the podium of this big event. Alvaro won aquabike triathlon on the Cupra Mayer sprint distance and Gajo won the same at olympic distance. Support team member was Goran Veškovac who was involved in the Guiness record breaking event when runners from the 26th countries started racing 1k, 5k, 10k and 21k races a couple of months before.
Great performance from our team members. Gajo Buric and Alvaro Gonzalez Garcia led races from start to finish. Bike course was very windy and with two uphills on each lap. Roads were perfect. Water temperature was very good for a swimming and lake was calm. More challenges to come. Stay tuned. Good luck to all of our athletes!
